摘要

目的: 采用GC-MS法分析3个不同产地细辛挥发油的化学成分

为其质量评价提供依据。方法: 采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取细辛挥发油

经正己烷萃取后

采用GC-MS法分析鉴定细辛中主要挥发油的化学成分

并进行比较。结果: 3个不同产地的细辛挥发油中

共鉴定出18种相同成分

主要包括甲基丁香酚、黄樟醚、爱草醚、3

5-二甲氧基甲苯、α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯、3-蒈烯、优香芹酮、肉豆蔻醚和榄香脂素。结论: 3个产地细辛挥发油主要成分为甲基丁香酚、黄樟醚、3

5-二甲氧基甲苯等

但各种成分比例存在差异。

Abstract

Objective: To analyze the chemical components of the essential oil of the Asarum from various habitats and provide scientific basis for its quality control. Method: The essential oil was extracted by water-steam distillation. The relative content of chemical components was identified by GC-MS method. Result: Three batches of A. from various habitats were determined and 18 common characteristic compounds were identified

mainly including the methyl eugenol

safrole

estragole

5-dimethoxy-toluene

α-pinene

β-pinene

3-carene

eucarvone

myristicin

and elemicin. Conclusion: The essential oils of A. from various habitats are different in the ratio and level of main components.
