猴头菌发酵炮制中药刺五加对小鼠抗疲劳作用的影响

目的 :探讨刺五加经猴头菌发酵后抗疲劳作用
为中药新药源开发提供理论依据。 方法 :昆明种小鼠40只
随机分为5组
分别为刺五加经猴头菌发酵后水提物低、中、高(1.625

6.5 g ·kg-1)剂量组
空白对照组(生理盐水)及刺五加水提物对照组(3.25 g ·kg-1)。连续ig给药30 d
小鼠ig量0.02 mL ·g-1。以小鼠游泳时间、血乳酸清除率、血尿素氮(BUN)含量及肝糖原含量为指标考察中药刺五加经猴头菌发酵后抗疲劳作用。 结果 :刺五加经猴头菌发酵炮制后水提物中剂量组游泳时间为(130.46±10.91 )min较空白对照组(48.35±5.36)min和刺五加水提物对照组(70.07±9.66)min显著延长(P<0.01);游泳后20 min血乳酸为(11.88±2.27) mmol ·L-1(P<0.01)
Objective: To explore the anti-fatigue effect of Acanthopanax senticosus fermented by Hericium erinaceus. Method: Fourty mice were divided randomly into 5 groups: low dose group(1.625 g ·kg-1)
middle dose group(3.25 g ·kg-1)
high dose group(6.5 g ·kg-1)
blank control group(0.9%NaCl)
positive control group(3.25 g ·kg-1).Drug were administered to mice for 30 days.The dosage was 0.02 mL ·g-1.The antifatigue effect was evaluated by the swimming time

Result: Each index in middle-dose group of A.senticosus fermented by H.erinaceus showed significant difference compared with the Blank and positive control groups respectively. Conclusion: A.senticosus processed by H.erinaceus has stronger antifatigue effects than the A.senticosus raw material.
