摘要

[摘要] 目的: 优选健肾片的提取工艺。方法:考察黄芪的形状对黄芪甲苷提取率的影响，并采用正交实验法

以提取液中黄芪甲苷、淫羊藿苷的得率和干膏率为考察指标，考察加水量、提取时间和提取次数三个因素对提取结果的影响。结果: 最佳提取工艺为：加8倍量水提取两次，每次1.5h，黄芪药材炮制的形状为段长（5～10mm）。结论: 该工艺合理可行，含量测定方法稳定可靠。

Abstract

[Abstrct] Objective: To optimize the extraction technology for Jianshen Pian. Method: The shape of Radix Astragalus was studied on the content of astragaloside Ⅳ

and orthogonal test was used for studying the effect of water volume

extraction time and times on the content of Icariin，astragaloside Ⅳ and solid.Result: The optimal extraction process is as follows: with 8 times of water extracted twice

each time for 1.5 h

and processing method of Radix Astragali is cutting for about 5～10mm . Conclusion: The extraction process is reasonable and feasible. The method of content determination is accurate and reliable.
