摘要

目的: 建立制八角枫中八角枫碱的含量测定方法。方法: 色谱柱采用Alltech Apollo C18(4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm)

以乙腈-缓冲液(0.2 g庚烷磺酸钠、3.5 g磷酸二氢钾定容至1 000 mL)(9 ∶91)为流动相

流速1.0 mL ·min-1

检测波长259 nm

柱温30 ℃。结果: 八角枫碱在0.024 95~0.499 g ·L-1线性关系良好 (r=0.999 9

n=5)

平均回收率 98.73%(n=6)

RSD 0.915%。结论: 方法简便、快速、准确

重复性好

可作为制八角枫中八角枫碱的含量测定方法

以控制制八角枫的质量。

Abstract

Objective: To establish a method for determination of Anabasine in Radix Alangii Preparata by HPLC. Method: The chromatographic column was Alltech Apollo C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm)

acetonitrile-buffer (0.2 g heptane sulfonate

3.5 g potassium dihydrogen phosphate volume to 1 000 mL)(9 ∶91) as mobile phase

flow rate 1.0 mL ·min-1;detection wavelength was at 259 nm;column temperature was at 30 ℃. Result: Maple octagonal base was linear in range of 0.024 95-0.499 g ·L-1 (r=0.999 9

n=5). The average recovery was 98.73% (n=6)

RSD 0.915%. Conclusion: The method is simple

and can be used as the system in the Radix Alangii Preparata method for the determination of Anabasine to control the quality of Radix Alangii Preparata.
