摘要

目的: 建立同时测定和胃散中桂皮醛和橙皮苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法: 采用Inertsil ODS-SP(4.6 mm×150 mm

5 μm)柱分离

以乙腈和水进行梯度洗脱

柱温30 ℃

在290 nm处检测。结果: 橙皮苷在7.0~70.0 mg ·L-1

桂皮醛在4.4~44.0 mg ·L-1质量浓度与峰面积均呈良好的线性关系;橙皮苷和桂皮醛的平均回收率分别为98.52% (RSD 1.05%)

99.20% (RSD 1.52%)。结论: 本法操作简便

准确度高

重现性好

可作为和胃散质量控制方法之一。

Abstract

Objective: To develop a HPLC method for determining hesperidin and cinnamaldehyde in Hewei powder. Method: The analysis was performed on an Inertsil ODS-SP column (4.6 mm×150 mm

5 μm) with mixture of acetonitrile and water as mobile phase in gradient mode.The detection wavelength was set at 290 nm and the column temperature was at 30 ℃. Result: The linear calibration curves were obtained in the concentration range of 7.0-70.0 mg ·L-1 for hesperidin and 4.4-44.0 mg ·L-1 for cinnamaldehyde.The average recoveries of hesperidin and cinnamaldehyde were 98.52% (RSD 1.05%) and 99.20% (RSD 1.52%) respectively. Conclusion: The method is quick

simple

and reproducible

which can be used to control the quality of Hewei powder.
