摘要

目的: 建立希尔康合剂中维生素C(Vc)的含量测定方法。方法: 毛细管电泳法

以苯甲酸为内标

以3.5 g ·L-1硼酸~3 g ·L-1硼砂溶液(pH 8.7)为运行缓冲液

分离电压为12 kV;重力进样10 s

测波长为243 nm。结果: 维生素C在0.112~1.12 g ·L-1线性关系良好

平均回收率为99.6%。结论: 该法简便、快速、重复性好

可作为希尔康合剂的质量控制方法。

Abstract

Objective: To establish a method for determination of vitamin C in Xierkang syrup. Method: Capillary electrophoresis

3.5 g ·L-1 boric acid-3 g ·L-1 borax (pH 8.7) was used as running buffers and benzoic acid as internal standard. The separation voltage was set at 12 kV and the detection wavelength at 243. Result: The linear range of vitamin C was 0.112-1.12 g ·L-1. The average recovery was 99.6%. Conclusion: The method is simple

and sensitive and it could be used for the quantitative analysis of vitamin C in Xierkang syrup.
