Objective: To establish the HPLC-DAD-ELSD fingerprint of Ziziphi Spinosae Semen grown indifferent provinces and provide new methods for scientific evaluation and effectively controlling the quality of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae. Result: There were fifteen common peaks of flavonoids and eleven common peaks of saponins in the fingerprint of Semen Ziziphi Spinosae.The established method is good for the separation of flavonoids and saponins from Semen Ziziphi Spinosae and simultaneous determination of the two differentcomponents in one sample injection.
