Objective: To observe the complemental antitumor and immunity regulative effect of Fuzheng Kangliu Decoction Method: Sl80 tumor-bearing mice model was established.Tumor weight and immunological indexes of Sl80 tumor-bearing mice were observed. phagocytic index and paw edema volume in Fuzheng group and combined drug group were increased compared with the model group.There was significant difference between combined drug group and model group (P<0.05).The levels of ALT was significantly decreased in Fuzheng group and combined drug group than those in model group( P < 0.05).NK cell activity of Fuzheng group and combined drug group were significantly higher than that in the model group ( P <0.05). Conclusion: Fuzheng Kangliu Decoction combined with anti-tumor chemicals has good immunomodulatory effects which not only inhibit tumor growth but also improve immune function.
