摘要

目的: 建立复方止呕颗粒剂中6-姜酚含量的测定方法。方法: 采用高效液相色谱法测定复方止呕颗粒剂中6-姜酚含量。色谱柱Agilenttc-C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm)

流动相甲醇-水(65 ∶35)

流速0.8 mL·min-1

柱温30 ℃

进样量10 μL

检测波长280 nm。结果: 6-姜酚在0.113 5~2.270 0 μg与峰面积呈良好的线性关系

回归方程为Y=540 646X-1 188(r=0.999 9

n=6)

平均回收率为99.90%

RSD 1.14%。结论: 方法简便可行、重复性好

可作为复方止呕颗粒剂中6-姜酚的含量测定方法。

Abstract

Objective: To establish a method for determining 6-gingerol in Antiemetic compound particles. Method: 6-gingerol in decoction of Antiemetic compound particles was determined by HPLC.The column was Agilent TC C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm) with methanol-water (65 ∶35) as mobile phase.The flow rate was 0.8 mL·min-1

and the column temperature was at 30 ℃.The detection wavelength was set at 280 nm;injection volume was 10 μL. Result: 6-gingerol was linear in the range of 0.113 5-2.270 μg and the regression equation was Y=540 646X-1 188 (r=0.999 9

n=6).The average recovery was 99.90%

RSD 1.14%. Conclusion: The method is simple and reproducible for the determination of 6-gingerol in decoction of Antiemetic compound particles by HPLC.
