确定了17个共有峰
各菊花配方颗粒样品指纹图谱与对照指纹图谱相似度均在0.85以上
可以用于菊花配方颗粒的定性鉴别。 结论: 该方法简单、准确、重复性好
为菊花配方颗粒的质量控制提供了有效可靠的方法。
Abstract
Objective: To establish a method of fingerprint analysis on Chrysanthemi Flos formula granules by HPLC. Method: The chromatographic fingerprints were obtained by HPLC with Waters Xbridge C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm
5 μm) by gradient elution;the solvent system composed of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphric.The wavelength was set at 351 nm;the flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min-1 and the column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃. Result: Seventeen shared peaks were selected as the fingerprint peaks of Chrysanthemi Flos formula granules and good similarities with correlation coefficients higher than 0.85 were found in fingerprints between the different samples of Chrysanthemi Flos Formula Granules and the standard fingerprint. Conclusion :The method with good reproducibility is simple and accurate;it can be used as a quality control method for Chrysanthemi Flos formula granules.
