摘要

目的: 筛选鲜巴戟天盐制工艺参数

为巴戟天的盐制炮制工艺提供一定的技术参考。方法: 采用单因素试验对蒸制时间、盐水浓度、闷润时间进行考察

再根据单因素考察结果进行正交试验设计

综合分析优选出工艺参数。结果: 20%的盐水浓度

浸泡45 min

蒸制时间1.5 h最佳。结论 :工艺操作简单

应用方便。

Abstract

Objective: To screen the technological parameters of the fresh Morindae Officinalis Radix in process with salt. Method: The ranges of salt concentration

soaking time

and steaming time were pretested with the single factor method.The comprehensive experiments were arranged with orthogonal design. Result and Conclusion: The optimal processing conditions are as follows:the concentration of sodium chloride is 20%

soaking time was 45 minutes

and the steaming time was 1.5 hours.
