Objective: To optimize the extract process of polysaccharides for Yiguanjian by using the response surface method. Method: Three factors of the three levels of the response surface method(RSM)extracting process were studied on the basis of single factor analysis and the response rate of polysaccharide in Yiguanjian. Result: The best parameters were as follows: the ratio of solvent to material was 11:1; ethanol concentration was 85%; the extraction time was 1.8 h and extracting for 2 times. Conclusion: Response surface method can be used in continuous range analysis with the advantages of short experimental cycle and high precision. The optimization results can provide reference basis for production.
