Objective: To investigate the effect of Jingluoshu Capsule for activating blood circulation to remove blood stasis (ABCRBS)
and its analgestic and anti-inflammatory action in diabetic rats. Method: High

anti-inflammation and analgestic tests. Result: Jingluoshu Capsule could decrease the whole blood viscosity at high shear rate
show inhibitory action on the increase in capillary permeability induced by histamine.The capsule significantly inhibited the formation of granuloma induced with cotton ball.After 30 and 60 minutes of administration
it could prolong the time of first licking feet in the hot-plate test in mice and increase the pain threshold.The capsule could also significantly decrease the number of twisting body induced by acetic acid in mice
showing a significant analgesic effect. Conclusion: Jingluoshu Capsule has significant effect of activating blood circulation to remove blood stasis
