目的 :动态观察辛热药附子、肉桂、干姜组成的小复方对大鼠物质代谢及第二信使相关指标的影响
以期为虚热证动物模型研究提供实验依据。 方法 :40只SD雄性大鼠按体重随机分成正常组和中药组

中药组GLU和TP含量均出现高→低→高的变化趋势

cAMP变化不明显。 结论 :实验过程中
辛热药小复方对物质代谢和第二信使的影响随着给药时间的延长而出现波动
因此建议在虚热证动物模型研究过程中应根据实验要求选择合适的给药时间。
Objective: To dynamicaly observe the effects of pungent-hot herb decoction of Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata
Cortex Cinnamomi Aconite and Rhizoma Zingiberis on metabolism and second messenger. Method: Fourty Male SD rats were divided into two groups.The control group was given 4 mL of water; the experimental group was given 4 mL of pungent-hot decoction.About 2 mL blood samples were collected from orbit on 12th day

cGMP levels were determinated by radio-immunity. Result: Compared with the control group
the plasma GLU and TP levels changes with the trend of high→low→high
while cGMP level was significantly higher.The other parameters were not changed significantly. Conclusion: During the experimental process
there were significant fluctuation on metabolism and second messenger.It should pay more attention on the study of Yin deficiency model and choose administration time with the experimental requirements.
