摘要

目的 :考察海金护卫散微粉对小鼠的抗炎及镇痛效果。方法 :实验小鼠分为6组:空白组

阿司匹林(1.4 g ·kg-1)组

海金护卫散普通粉(1.5 g ·kg-1)

海金护卫散微粉(4.5

3.0

1.5 g ·kg-1)组

连续ig 7 d

采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀法观察抗炎作用;采用热板法和扭体法观察对小鼠的镇痛作用。结果 :海金护卫散微粉对二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀的抑制作用明显

呈现出随剂量增加而增强的趋势。与海金护卫散普通粉相当;与阿司匹林相当。海金护卫散微粉能使小鼠痛阈值提高

舔足次数减少;使小鼠扭体潜伏期延长

扭体次数减少。表明海金护卫散微粉具有明显的镇痛作用

与海金护卫散普通粉相当。结论 :海金护卫散微粉对小鼠具有抗炎镇痛作用。

Abstract

Objective: To observe anti-inflammatory and analgesic activity in mice of Haijin Huwei San micro-powder. Method: The model of xylene-induced auricular swelling in mice was used to observe the anti-inflammatory effects.Analgesic effect of Haijin Huwei San micro-powder was investigated by hot plate test and acetic acid writhing test in mice. Result: Haijin Huwei San micro-powder could reduce the degree of tumefaction in auricle

with dose-dependent manner.Could reach the similar effect compared with Haijin Huwei San normal powder and aspirin.The micro-powder Showed analgesia effect demostrated by hot plate method and stretching method

It’s analgesic effect was the same to Haijin Huwei San normal powder. Conclusion: It indicates that Haijin Huwei San micro-powder has significant anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects in mice.
