摘要

目的: 优选地桃花中总黄酮的提取工艺。方法: 以乙醇体积分数、提取时间、溶剂量为考察因素

采用星点设计-响应面法

以地桃花中总黄酮的提取率为指标

优化地桃花的提取工艺条件。结果: 确定最优提取工艺为55%乙醇

回流提取时间21 min

溶剂量17 mL。结论: 优选得到的地桃花总黄酮提取工艺

方法简便。以此条件进行提取

可得到较高的总黄酮含量。

Abstract

Objective: To optimize the extracting process of total flavonoids for Urena lobata. Method: Independent variables were ethanol concentration

reflux time

and solvent

dependent variables were extracting rate of total flavonoids. Central composite design and response surface methodology were used to optimize the extracting process. Result: Analysis indicated that the optimum conditions were 55% ethanol

21 min

17 mL solvent for extractable conditions. Conclusion: The optimum process is simple and more convenient for extracting

by which higher total flavonoids content in Urena lobata L.can be obtaind.
