摘要

目的: 修订提高岩陀药材的质量标准。方法: 收集20批岩陀药材

以岩陀中主要成分岩白菜素为指标

分别采用TLC和HPLC进行定性鉴别和含量测定研究

其余检查项目参照中国药典方法进行检测。结果: 对岩陀的水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、浸出物、薄层色谱鉴别、岩白菜素含量等质量标准项目进行了全面的系统研究和归纳。结论: 实验研究可作为岩陀药材质量标准的修订内容。

Abstract

Objective: To revise and improve the quality standard of Rodgersiae Rhizoma. Method :Twenty batches of Rodgersiae Rhizoma were collected. TLC was used to identify bergenin and the content of bergenin was determined by HPLC. The rest inspection items were detected according to Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Result: The quality standard was studied systematically on specific items

such as the moisture

the ashes

the acid-insoluble ashes

the ethanol-soluble extracts

the TLC diagnosis and the content of bergenin. Conclusion: The study can be used for the emendatory content to the quality standard of Rodgersiae Rhizoma.
