摘要

目的: 建立HPLC测定祛痰平喘胶囊中盐酸麻黄碱含量的方法。方法: 色谱柱为Hypersil ODS2 (4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm)

流动相为乙腈-0.01 mol ·L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液-三乙胺-磷酸(5 ∶95 ∶0.4 ∶0.2)

检测波长210 nm。结果: 盐酸麻黄碱与样品中其他组分分离效果好

盐酸麻黄碱浓度在25.33~405.20 mg ·L-1具有良好线性关系

平均回收率为95.00%

RSD 1.61%(n=6)。结论: 采用此法测定祛痰平喘胶囊中盐酸麻黄碱含量

准确可靠

简便易行

所建的含量测定方法可用于祛痰平喘胶囊的质量控制。

Abstract

Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determination of ephedrine hydrochloride in Qutan Pingchuan Capsules. Method: The chromatogram column was Hypersil ODS2 (4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm)

the mobile phase composition was the acetonitrile-potassium dihydrogen phosphate-triethameamine-phosphoric(5 ∶95 ∶0.4 ∶0.2)

the detection wavelength was at 210 nm. Result: The linear range of ephedrine hydrochloride 0.506 6-8.104 0 μg

the average recovery was 95.00% and RSD 1.61%(n=6). Conclusion: The method was convenient

quick and accurate. It can be used for the quality control of Qutan Pingchuan Capsules.
