摘要

目的 :了解医院常见病原菌对环丙沙星的耐荏性变迁

为临床合理用药提供参考依据。方法 :收集2006年1月~2009年12月我院就诊患者的标本分离获得的常见病原菌

采用了美国Dade MicroScan公司生产的AutoSCAN4半自动鉴定仪及配套的生化反应药敏板进行鉴定

药敏试验方法采用微量稀释法(Mic)。结果 :临床常见病原菌对环丙沙星的耐药率呈下降趋势

革兰阳性菌的耐药率下降明显

耐药率居前3位的分别是大肠埃希菌、鲍曼不动杆菌和屎肠球菌。结论 :合理使用抗菌药物可以预防细菌的耐药性增长。

Abstract

Objective: To understand drug resistance status of common bacteria to ciprofloxachn in hospital for reasonable ues of antibiotics. Method: Common bacteria vere isolated from various clinical specimens in our hospital from Jan 2006 to Dec 2009.Pathogens were identified by AutoSCAN4(Dade Microscan

USA)and identified tests.The Mic susceptibility test was used as drug resistance test. Result: The resistant rate of common bacteria to ciprofloxacin was decreased annually and that to Gram-negative bacteria was decreased greatly.The predominated resistant bacteria were Escherichia coli

Acinetobacter baumanni and Enterococcus faecium. Conclusion: The drugs should be choosed reasonably to control the increasing trend of resistance.
