摘要

目的: 建立一种同时测定复方丹参降浊丸中丹参酮ⅡA及丹酚酸B的方法。方法: 色谱柱Agilent TC-C18(2)(4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm)

甲醇-0.5%甲酸水梯度洗脱

流速1.0 mL ·min-1

检测波长268 nm。结果: 丹参酮ⅡA及丹酚酸B分别在0.007~0.084 μg

0.071 5~1.001 μg内呈良好线性关系;平均回收率分别为100.9%(RSD 1.81%)

101.4%(RSD 1.55%)。结论: 该方法可以快速准确同时测定复方丹参降浊丸中丹参酮ⅡA及丹酚酸B含量。

Abstract

Objective: To propose an HPLC quantitative method for simultaneously determining tanshinone ⅡA and salvianolic acid B in Co-danshenjiangzhuo Pill. Method: Analysis were carried out using an Agilent TC-C18(2) (4.6 mm×250 mm

the mobile phase consisted of methanol and 0.5% formic acid in water with gradient elution and the flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min-1. The wavelength was set at 268 nm. Result: The linearity ranges of tanshinone ⅡA and salvianolic acid B were 0.007-0.084 μg and 0.071 5-1.001 μg respectively. The average recoveries were 100.9% (RSD 1.81%) for tanshinone ⅡA

and 101.4% (RSD 1.55%) for salvianolic acid B. Conclusion: The method appeared to be precise and accurate for the simultaneous determination of tanshinone ⅡA and salvianolic acid B in Co-danshenjiangzhuo Pill.
