国家标准物质茶标(GBW07404)和杨树叶(GBW07405)的测定值与标准值基本吻合。 结论: 所建立的方法快速、准确、灵敏度高
为深入研究唐古特青兰中无机元素与藏药药效、药性味相关性奠定了基础
也为治赤巴病藏药中微量元素的研究提供了一种可行的参考方法。
Objective: The method for content determination of inorganic elements in Dracocephalum tanguticum was established. Method: Inorganic elements including Ni
Cr
V
Mn
Cu
Zn
Co
Se
Fe
As
Pb
Al
Ba
Mg
K and Ca were determined by ICP-MS using sealed microwave digestion and Rh and Re as internal standards. Result: The detection limits of elements were 0.002-0.951 μg ·g-1 and the recovery was 91.82%-104.72% by adding standard recovery experiment. Standard value of inorganic elements approximately equal to measured value in standard reference materials (GBW07605) and (GBW07604). Conclusion: It is indicated that the proposed method has the advantages of accuracy
simplicity
speediness and feasibility. This paper provides scientific basis for deeply studying the relation between the inorganic elements and the drug effects and flavor of D. tanguticum
which also established a feasible methods for studying inorganic elements in Tibet drug of curing CHI BA disease.
