摘要

目的: 研究红景天苷脂质体在大鼠体内的药动学特征。方法: 采用SD大鼠

随机分为红景天苷脂质体实验组和及红景天苷溶液对照组

分别灌胃给予实验组及对照组制剂

用反相高效液相色谱法测定不同时间血浆中红景天苷的浓度

采用DAS2.0程序计算药代动力学参数

并进行统计学分析。结果: 红景天苷脂质体制剂和溶液制剂经灌胃给药后

t1/2β分别为(13.19±0.60)

(5.16±0.19) h

AUC0-12分别为(4.75±0.69)

(2.68±0.74) μg ·mL-1 ·h-1

2种制剂的t1/2β和AUC0-12均存在显著性差异(P<0.05)

脂质体剂型显著增加了红景天苷的AUC

提高了红景天苷的生物利用度

延长了其在血液循环中的时间。结论: 与非脂质体相比

红景天苷脂质体灌胃给药后

具有缓释作用。

Abstract

Objective: To study the pharmacokinetics of salidroside liposomes in rats. Method: SD rats were divided into control group with salidroside solution and experimental group with liposomes. Plasma concentrations of salidroside in rats after intragastric administration were determined by HPLC. The pharmacokinetics parameters were calculated by DAS2.0. Result: The main pharmacokinetic parameters of liposomes and solution of salidroside were as the followings:t1/2β were (13.19±0.60)

(5.16±0.19)h;AUC0-12were (4.75±0.69) and (2.68±0.74) μg ·mL-1 ·h-1. Conclusion: Salidroside liposomes could release the drug slowly.
