分3次回流提取
每次2 h。 结论: 该提取工艺合理
有效成分提取效率高。
Abstract
Objective: The ethanol extraction technology for Changan I was investigated with multi-index comprehensive evaluation method. Method: An orthogonal test was adopted in the study.The content of astragaloside Ⅳ and berberine hydrochloride was used as evaluation index.Data processing was carried out with multi-index comprehensive evaluation method for optimizing the extraction condition. Result: The optimized extraction technology for Changan I was as follows:eight times volume of 70% alcohol
1 volume of the Chinese herbal medicines
3 successive reflux extractions for 2 h of each. Conclusion: The optimized extraction technology was rational and the extraction rate of the active components was high.
