摘要

目的 :优化柴芩清肝方提取物大孔吸附树脂精制工艺条件。方法: 以黄芩苷、甘草苷、芍药苷和总皂苷的含量为评价指标

对大孔吸附树脂的型号、吸附条件和解析条件进行了考察。结果: 最佳工艺条件为:采用AB-8型大孔吸附树脂

最大上样量为4.375 g生药/g树脂

上样药液质量浓度为0.75 g ·mL-1(生药)

吸附流速为3 BV ·h-1

用70%乙醇以5 BV ·h-1的流速洗脱。结论: 该工艺可用于柴芩清肝方提取物的精制。

Abstract

Objective: To optimize the purification technology of Chaiqin Qinggan formula extract by macroporous resin. Method: The macroporous resin was selected and the purification process was evaluated by measuring the content of baicalin

paeoniflorin

glycyrrhizin and total saponins. Result: The AB-8 macroporous resin was selected with 0.75 g ·mL-1 the loading concentration of crude drug and 3 BV ·h-1 current velocity

70% ethanol as the eluting reagent with the eluting velocity of 5 BV ·h-1. Conclusion: The method is effective for purification of Chaiqin Qinggan formula extract.
