目的: 探讨芪参益气滴丸改善心梗模型大鼠心室重构的相关机制。 方法: 结扎SD大鼠冠状动脉前降支建立心肌梗死模型后随机分为芪参益气滴丸药物组、卡托普利药物组、心梗对照组各16只
另设假手术组16只。芪参益气滴丸组给与38 mg ·kg-1 ·d-1芪参益气滴丸混悬液ig给药、卡托普利组给与10.125 mg ·kg-1 ·d-1卡托普利混悬液ig给药;心梗对照组给与假手术组给等量生理盐水ig。8周后观察左室舒张终末压(LVEDP)、左室收缩内压峰值(LVSP)、 左室内压上升、下降最大速率(±dp/dtmax);左心室质量(LVM)和左心质量指数(LVMI);血清脑钠肽(BNP)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、内皮素1(ET-1)等指标的变化。 结果: 8周后药物组、对照组血清AngII

BNP等均大于假手术组(P<0.05);但使用药物干预后的药物组血清AngⅡ

但两组比较无统计学意义。 结论 :芪参益气滴丸能改善心梗模型大鼠心室重构
其相关机制与拮抗神经内分泌因子的过度激活有关。
Objective: To observe the effect of Qishen Yiqi Dropping Pills on ventricular remodeling and function after myocardial infarction model in rats. Method: The myocardial infarction model of SD rat was established by logating the anterior descending coronary artery and then the rats were divided into myocardial infarction control group and medicine group (n=16 in each froup). Meanwhile
a sham-operation group was build including 16 rats. The rats in medicine group were intragastrically given Qishen Yiqi Dropping Pill at the dose of 38 mg ·kg-1 ·d-1. The rats in the control group and the sham-operation group were intragastrically given at the same dosage of normal saline. Eight weeks later
