摘要

目的 :建立清肺抑火丸中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。方法 :采用反相高效液相色谱法

Diamonsil C18柱

乙腈-水(54 ∶46)(每100 mL中加十二烷基硫酸钠0.34 g与磷酸二氢钠0.17 g

磷酸调pH 3.0)

流速为1.0 mL ·min-1

检测波长350 nm

柱温为室温。结果 :盐酸小檗碱浓度在5.00~35.00 mg ·L-1线性关系良好( r =0.999 2)

平均回收率为97.6%

方法精密度RSD 1.39%( n =6)。结论 :该法可用于清肺抑火丸中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定。

Abstract

Objective: To establish a method for determination of Berberine hydrochloride in Qingfei Yihuo Wan. Method: The analysis was performed on a Diamonsil-C18 column using acetonitrile-water (54 ∶46) (every 100 mL add in 0.34 g SDS and 0.17 g NaH2PO4

pH adjusted to 3.0 with phosphoric acid) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min-1

and the detection wavelength was 350 nm. Result: The linear range of berberine hydrochloride was 5.00-35.00 mg ·L-1 ( r =0.999 2). The average recovery for berberine hydrochloride was 97.6%

precision of the method was 1.39% ( n =6). Conclusion: The method can be used for quantitative determination of Berberine hydrochloride in Qingfei Yihuo wan.
