蒙花苷、绿原酸线性范围分别为0.018~0.18 g ·L-1 ( r=1 )和0.005~0.05 g ·L-1 ( r =0.9996);加样回收率分别为99.6%和99.3%
RSD分别为0.5%和1.1%。 结论 :该法简便

Abstract
Objective: To develop a HPLC method for the determination of chlorogenic acid and acaciin from common cephalanoplos herb. Method: Samples were analyzed by Diamonsil C18(4.6 mm×200 mm
5 μm) with methanol-water (1% glacial acetic acid) as mobile phase in gradient elution
327 nm as detected wavelength
1.0 mL ·min-1 as flow-rate
35 ℃ as temperature of column
20 μL as injected volume. Result: The linear range of chlorogenic acid and acaciin was 0.005-0.05 g ·L-1 ( r=0.999 6) and 0.018-0.18 g ·L-1 ( r=1 )
and the average recovery was 99.3% with RSD 1.1% and 99.6% with RSD 0.5% respectively. Conclusion: The method was rapid
convenient
accurate
and suitable for the quality control of contents of chlorogenic acid and acaciin in Cirsium setosum (willd.) MB.
