目的 :建立高效液相色谱法测定不同产地的柿子中齐墩果酸与熊果酸的含量。 方法 :以大连依利特Hypersil ODS2 C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm
5 μm)
甲醇-0.1%磷酸(85 ∶15)为流动相;流速1.0 mL ·min-1;柱温25 ℃;检测波长210 nm。 结果 :齐墩果酸和熊果酸分别在0.095~0.95 μg和0.095~0.95 μg呈良好的线性关系
平均回收率分别为99.91%和98.38%
RSD分别为2.5%和2.2%。 结论 :在相同测定条件下
平乐柿子中的齐墩果酸及熊果酸的含量最高
恭城柿子次之
南宁柿子最低。该方法简便、快速、准确
有助于柿子质量控制方法的研究。
Abstract
Objective: To establish the method for determination of the content of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in Diospyros kaki (Thunb) by HPLC. Method: The Hypersil ODS2 C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm
5 μm)was used. The mobile phase was methanol-0.1%H3PO4 (85 ∶15). The flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min-1; the detection wavelength was at 210 nm; the temperature was set at 25 ℃. Result: The linear range of oleanolic acid was 0.095-0.95 μg
the linear range of ursolic acid was 0.095-0.95 μg. The average recovery of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid was 99.91% and 98.38%
with RSD 2.5% (n=6) and 2.2% (n=6) respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple
rapid and accurate.It can be used for determination of the content of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in Diospyros kaki (Thunb).
