摘要

目的: 研究忍冬Lonicera Japonica叶中的化学成分。方法: 采用大孔树脂柱色谱法、聚酰胺柱色谱法、制备薄层色谱法、制备液相等

进行分离纯化

并通过理化常数测定和波谱分析鉴定了其化学结构。结果: 从忍冬叶水提物中分离得到6个化合物

并鉴定其结构为:忍冬苷(lonicerin

5-二咖啡酰基奎宁酸(3

5-dicaffeoylquinic acid

Ⅱ)

5-二咖啡酰基奎宁酸(4

5-dicaffeoylquinic acid

Ⅲ)

5-二咖啡酰基奎宁酸(1

5-dicaffeoylquinic acid

Ⅳ)

β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol

Ⅴ)

胡萝卜苷(β-daucosterol

Ⅵ)。结论: 化合物Ⅱ

Ⅲ

Ⅳ为首次从忍冬叶中分离得到。

Abstract

ObJective: To investigate the chemical constituents in leaves of Lonicera Japonica. Method: Column chromatography with macroporous resin and versamide

TLC and prep-HPLC were used to isolate compounds. Physicochemical constants and spectroscopic analysis were employed for the structural elucidation. Result: Six compounds were isolated and elucidated as lonicerin(Ⅰ)

5-dicaffeoylquinic acid(Ⅱ)

5-dicaffeoylquinic acid(Ⅲ)

5-dicaffeoylquinic acid(Ⅳ)

β-sitosterol(Ⅴ)

β-daucosterol (Ⅵ)

Conclusion: CompoundsⅡ

compounds Ⅲ

compounds Ⅳ are isolated from Leaves of L. Japonica for the first time.
