分别进行迟发型变态反应试验、碳廓清试验、ConA诱导的小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化试验、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞试验。 结果: 玉米粗多糖能增强小鼠迟发型变态反应
能提高小鼠单核-巨噬细胞的碳廓清能力
对小鼠ConA诱导的脾淋巴细胞转化能力和腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞能力无明显影响。 结论: 玉米粗多糖可提高小鼠细胞免疫功能
增强小鼠碳廓清能力。

carbon clearance test
lymphocyte transformation test induced by ConA and macrophage phagocytosis of chicken red blood cell test were conducted separately. Result :Compared with the normal control group
corn polysaccharide could promote DTH and ability of carbon clearance
but had no effect on macrophage phagocytosis and lymphocyte transformation. Conclusion :Corn polysaccharide can promote the function of cellular immunity of mice
and also can strengthen the ability of carbon clearance in mice.
