Low-dosage Zhenwu Decoction and High-dosage Zhenwu Decoction group appeared to be better than model group and Niaoduqing control group (P<0.05). Low-dosage Zhenwu Decoction and High-dosage Zhenwu Decoction group appeared to be less than model group in renal interstitial of type Ⅰ and Ⅲ distribution area (P<0.05). Conclusion :Zhenwu Decoction shows effect of anti-renal interstitial fibrosis. And it inhibit Ⅰ

which may be the mechanism for Zhenwu Decoction to treat renal interstitial fibrosis and chronic renal failure.
