摘要

目的 :研究广西甜茶总黄酮(RSTF)体外抗肿瘤作用。方法 :广西甜茶总黄酮经60%的乙醇提取

聚酰胺柱分离后

用化学反应、薄层层析法及高效液相法进行鉴定;采用MTT法对肿瘤株S180(小鼠移植性肉瘤细胞)、H22(小鼠腹水型肝癌细胞)、L1210(小鼠白血病细胞)进行RSTF体外抗肿瘤作用筛选。结果 : 广西甜茶总黄酮在体外对肿瘤株S180

H22

L1210的增殖具有一定的抑制作用

其中对H22抑制作用最强(IC50 46.31 μg·mL-1);对S180抑制作用次之(IC50 71.48 μg·mL-1)

对L1210抑制作用最弱(IC50 163.59 μg·mL-1)。结论 :广西甜茶总黄酮在体外可抑制S180

H22和L1210肿瘤株的增殖。

Abstract

Objective: To study the anti-tumor effect in vitro of total flavone from rubrus suavissimus(RSTF). Method: RSTF was extracted with 60% alcohol

separated by polyamide column

determined by chemical reaction

TLC and HPLC.MTT method was adopted to screen for mouse tumor cells S180(transplanted sarcoma cell in mice)

H22 (transplanted ascitic type of liver cancer cell in mice) and L1210(leukemia cells in mice). Results :RSTF could inhibit the proliferation on S180

H22 and L1210 in vitro

while the best inhibitory effect on H22(IC50 46.31 μg ·mL-1)and the better inhibitory effect on S180(IC50 71.48 μg ·mL-1). Conclusion : The results show that RSTF can inhibit the growth of S180

H22 and L1210.
