目的 :实验观察半夏白术天麻汤化裁方对高血脂模型大鼠相关指标的影响
为临床用药提供药效学依据。 方法 :给予大鼠高脂饲料4周
造成高血脂大鼠模型
同时给予受试药半夏白术天麻汤化裁方
测定给药过程中大鼠体重变化及给药后高脂模型大鼠甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(CHOL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、载脂蛋白A1(apoA1)、载脂蛋白B(apoB)
超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)
丙二醛(MDA)的变化。 结果 :半夏白术天麻汤化裁方3个剂量组体重与模型组比较
高剂量组体重较同期模型对照组比较有所增加。半夏白术天麻汤化裁方3个剂量组对血清甘油三酯均具有显著地降低作用
高剂量组对血清CHOL
LDL水平亦具有显著地降低作用
与模型组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。半夏白术天麻汤化裁方3个剂量组能不同程度提高血清HDL水平
但与模型组比较无显著性差异。各组大鼠血清apo A1水平均无显著性差异
各剂量组和血脂康对照组不同程度降低apo B水平
其中半夏白术天麻汤化裁方高剂量组最为明显。半夏白术天麻汤化裁方3个剂量组不同程度提高SOD活性
降低MDA含量
其中以高剂量作用最为明显。 结论 :半夏白术天麻汤化裁方具有明确的改善高血脂相关指标的作用。
Objective: Experimental observation on effectiveness of modified Banxia Baizhu Tianma Tang for treatment of hyperlipidemia in order to provide pharmacodynamic basis for clinical treatment. Method: Rats were given high fat diet for 4 weeks
resulting in model of hyperlipidemia
meanwhile three doses of the modified Banxia Baizhu Tianma Tang was given. Changes in body weight
TG
CHOL
LDL
HDL
apoA1
apoB
SOD
MDA were observed during the process. Result: Body weight of high-dose group was increased compared with the model group at the same period. Serum triglyceride in three dosage groups was significantly reduced
serum CHOL
LDL levels in high-dose group were significantly reduced compared with the model group (P<0.05). Serum HDL levels in three dosage groups were increased to some degrees compared with model group
however
without significance. The levels of serum apo A1 had no significant changes in three dosage groups
while apo B levels in the three dosage groups and in the positive control group of steatohepatitis appeared a trend of decrease
the most obvious one was in the high dose group compared with the model group. SOD activity was increased to various degree in three dosage groups while with reduced MDA content compared with model group
the most obvious one was the high dose group. Conclusion: The modified Banxia Baizhu Tianma Tang can clearly improve the parameters related to hyperlipidemia.
