摘要

目的 :对小檗科植物箭叶淫羊藿Epimedium sagittatum的化学成分进行研究。方法 :采用反复硅胶柱色谱法、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱法等进行分离和纯化

并通过理化方法及波谱分析鉴定其结构。结果 :从箭叶淫羊藿的三氯甲烷萃取部位分离得到7个化合物

其结构分别鉴定为1

5-二羟基-3-甲氧基-7-甲基蒽醌(1

5-dihydroxy-3-methoxy-7-methyl- anthraquinone

1)、2

2-二甲基-1-苯并吡喃-6-醇(2

2-dimethyl-2H-1-benzopyran-6-ol

2)、淫羊藿素(icaritin

3)、5

4'-三羟基-8

3'-二异戊烯基黄酮(5

4'-trihydroxy-8

3'-diprenylflavone

4)、大黄素(emodin

5)、苜蓿素(tricin

6)和β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol

7)。结论 :化合物1

4为首次从该植物中分离得到

化合物1

2系首次从淫羊藿属植物中分离得到。

Abstract

Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Epimedium sagittatum. Method: The compounds were repeatedly separated and purified by chromatography on silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column. The chemical constituents of the plant were identified by means of MS

1H-NMR

13C-NMR

in some case by direct comparison with authentic samples. Result: Seven compounds were isolated and their structures were elucidated as 1

5-dihydroxy-3- methoxy-7-methylanthraquinone (1)

2-dimethyl-2H-1-benzopyran-6-ol (2)

icaritin (3)

4'-trihydroxy-8

3'-diprenylflavone (4)

emodin (5)

tricin ( 6 ) and β-sitosterol (7)

respectively. Conclusion: Compounds 1

2 and 4 were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compounds 1 and 2 were firstly isolated from the genus Epimedium.
