Objective: To explore experiments of Chinese herbal compound prescriptions on for treatment of renal fibrosis though the published papers. Method: To search for 'Chinese medicine and renal fibrosis’ under the term of 'Document Title’ in China knowledge internet (CNKI)

and the time was limited between 2000 to 2010 year

all the papers were then classified and summarized. Result : Our study showed that there were 25 papers including 15 Chinese herbal compound prescriptions . And 11 Chinese herbal compound prescriptions were important in them. Conclusion : The studies of Chinese herbal compound prescriptions go deep into the levels of cytology and protein expression in the treatment of renal fibrosis

but these experiments were still lack of systematic study.
