摘要

目的 :研究甜荞麦Fagopyrum esculentum花叶的化学成分。方法 :采用反复硅胶柱色谱法、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱法等进行分离纯化

并通过理化常数测定和光谱分析鉴定其化学结构。结果 :从荞麦花叶中分离鉴定了8个化合物

分别为槲皮素(1)

山奈酚(2)

山柰酚-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3)

槲皮苷(4)

木犀草素-7-O-β-葡萄糖苷(5)

芦丁(6)胡萝卜苷(7)

β-谷甾醇(8)。结论 :化合物3

5为首次从该属植物中分离得到

化合物1

6为首次从甜荞麦花叶中分离得到。

Abstract

Objective: To study on chemical constituents from the flower and leaves of Fagopyrum esculentum. Method: The compounds were isolated by column chromatography and identified on the basis of physico-chemical constants and spectral analysis. Result: Eight compounds were obtained and identified

awhich were quercetin(1)

kaempferol(2)

kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(3) quercitrin(4)

luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (5)

rutin(6) daucosterol(7) and β-sitosterol(8)

respectively. Conclusion: Compounds 3

5 were obtained from this genus for the first time. Compounds 1

6 were obtained from the flower and leaves of F. esculentum for the first time.
