摘要

目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定益心康泰胶囊中大黄素、大黄酚含量。方法:以Hypersil-ODS2 C18(4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm)为分析柱

流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸(80∶20)

检测波长为254 nm

流速为1 mL·min-1

柱温20 ℃

进样量10 μL。结果:大黄素在0.04~0.80 mg·L-1线性关系良好(r=1.000 0)

平均回收率为99.5%(RSD 1.81%);大黄酚在0.110 2~2.204 mg·L-1线性关系良好(r=1.000 0)

平均回收率为99.1%(RSD 1.80%)。结论:样品处理方法简便

灵敏度高

结果准确。

Abstract

Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of emodin and chrysophanol in yixinkangtai capsules. Method: Hypersil-ODS2 C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm

5 μm) column was used with methanol -0.1% phosphoric acid (80∶20) as mobile phase; the detection wavelength was at 254 nm

flow rate was 1 mL·min-1

column temperature 20 ℃

injection volume was 10 μL. Result: The linear range of emodin and chrysophanol was 0.04-0.80 mg·L-1 (r=1.000 0) and 0.110 2-2.204 mg·L-1 (r=1.000 0) respectively.The average recovery was 99.5% with RSD 1.81% and 99.1% with RSD 1.80% respectively. Conclusion: The sample preparation method is simple

sensitive and accurate.
