摘要

目的 :建立测定乙肝宁颗粒中川楝素含量的方法。方法 :色谱柱为Agilent Zorbax SB - C18 (4.6 mm×150 mm

5 μm)

流动相为乙腈-水(30 ∶70)

流速为1.0 mL·min-1

检测波长为210 nm

柱温为35 ℃。结果 :川楝素在0.5~5.0 μg范围内具有良好的线性关系( r = 0.999 9)

平均回收率为97.11%

RSD为1.91%( n = 6)。结论 :该方法准确、可靠、重复性好

可为该产品的质量控制提供参考。

Abstract

Objective: To establish a HPLC method for determination of toosendanin in Yiganning Granules. Method: The determination was performed on a Agilent zorbax SB-C18 column (4.6 mm×150 mm

5 μm).Acetonitrile - water (30 ∶70) was used as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detective wavelength was set at 210 nm.The column temperature was at 35 ℃. Result: The linear range of toosendanin was 0.5-5.0 μg ( r = 0.999 9) and the average recovery was 97.11% (RSD 1.91%

n =6). Conclusion: The method is accurate

reliable and reproducible.It may well be used for the quality control of this product.
