目的: 研究江香薷Mosla chinensis 'jiangxiangru'的化学成分。 方法: 利用葡聚糖凝胶Sephadex LH-20、硅胶和MPLC等色谱方法进行化合物的分离纯化
根据化合物的理化性质、光谱数据进行结构鉴定。 结果: 从江香薷正丁醇部位分离得到6个化合物
分别为:methyl-3-(3'
4'-dihydroxyphenyl)lactate(1)、corchoionoside C(2)、prunasin(野樱苷
3)、 sambunigrin(4)、benzyl-D-glucopyranoside(苯甲基-D-葡萄糖苷
5)和 (s)-pencedanol-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(6)。 结论: 所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到
也是首次从石荠苎属植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study polar constituents of Mosla chinensis 'jiangxiangru'. Method: Silica gel column chromatography
Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography and MPLC were employed for the isolation and purification.The structures were identified on the basis of spectral data and chemical methods. Result: Six polar compounds were identified as follows:methyl-3-(3'
4'-dihydroxyphenyl)lactate(1)
corchoionoside C(2)
prunasin(3)
sambunigrin(4)
benzyl-D-glucopyranoside(5)and (s)-pencedanol-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(6). Conclusion: These compounds were isolated for the first time from Mosla chinensis 'jiangxiangru'and have not been previously described in genus Mosla.
