摘要

目的: 建立测定山楂果中齐墩果酸和熊果酸含量的高效液相色谱法。方法: 采用C18色谱柱

甲醇-水-磷酸-三乙胺(87 ∶13 ∶0.2 ∶0.04)为流动相

流速0.9 mL ·min-1

35 ℃

检测波长210 nm。结果: 齐墩果酸和熊果酸的分离度>1.4;方法学考察符合液相色谱法的要求;山楂药材中齐墩果酸含量>0.5 mg ·g-1;熊果酸含量>1.9 mg ·g-1。结论: 该法简便、灵敏、分离度高、专属性好

适用于山楂中齐墩果酸和熊果酸的含量测定。

Abstract

Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determination the content of Oleanic acid and Ursonic acid in crude hawthorn berry. Method: The HPLC analysis was carried out through C18 column with detection wavelength set at 210 nm and the temparature set at 35 ℃. The mobile phase was composed of MeOH-H2O-H3PO4-TEA (87 ∶13 ∶0.2 ∶0.04)at a flow rate of 0.9 mL ·min-1. Result: The separation of Oleanic acid and Ursonic acid was 1.4; the methodologic validation conformed to requirement of liquid chromato-graphy. The content of Oleanic acid and Ursonic acid in crude hawthorn berry was more than 0.5 mg ·g-1 and 1.9 mg ·g-1

respectively. Conclusion: The HPLC method can be used in the routine analysis of Oleanic acid and Ursonic acid in crude hawthorn berry.
