摘要

目的 :建立醋青皮配方颗粒中橙皮苷含量的测定方法。方法 :运用正交试验优化样品处理的提取条件

采用高效液相色谱法检测橙皮苷含量

色谱柱为Shim-pack VP-ODS柱(4.6 mm×250 mm

5 μm);流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸(35 ∶65);流速1 mL ·min-1;检测波长284 nm。结果 :橙皮苷在0.112 0~1.120 μg呈良好的线性关系 (r=0.999 9)

平均回收率为102.63%

RSD为1.24%。结论 :该法简便可行、快速

可用于醋青皮配方颗粒的质量控制。

Abstract

Objective :To establish a HPLC method for the determination of hesperidin in Cuqingpi Dispensing Granule. Method :After using the orthogonal test to optimize extracting conditions

hesperidin was separated on Shim-pack VP-ODS (4.6 mm×250 mm

5 um)column and detected at 284 nm

with methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (35 ∶65) as amobile phase

and the flow rate was 1.0 mL ·min-1. Result :Hesperidin was linear in the range of 0.112 0~1.120 μg (r=0.999 9) . The average recovery of hesperidin was 102.63% with RSD 1.24%. Conclusion :The method is simple and rapid which can be used for the quality control of Cuqingpi Dispensing Granule.
