摘要

目的 :观察余甘子对猪血清所致免疫性肝纤维化大鼠的影响。方法 :采用大鼠ip猪血清

造成大鼠肝纤维化

ig余甘子提取物

检测丙氨酸转移酶(ALT)、门冬氨酸转移酶(AST)、白蛋白(Alb)、球蛋白(GLO)、总蛋白(TP)的含量

计算肝脏系数

并观察肝组织病理形态学变化。结果 :余甘子提取物能够减少ALT

AST

GLO

TP的含量

升高Alb含量

纠正蛋白倒置

降低肝脏系数;改善肝组织病理损伤。结论 :余甘子对猪血清致大鼠肝纤维化模型具有较好的保护作用。

Abstract

Objective: To explore effect of Phyllanthus emblica on immune hepatic fibrosis in liver fibrosis rats caused by porcine serum. Method: The rats were injected with porcine serum

so the rats were got the illness of liver fibrosis

and the rats were given the medicine P. emblica

then the content of ALT

AST

Alb

GLO and TP were tested. Result : P. emblica was able to decrease the content of ALT

AST

GLO

PⅢNP and LN

P. emblica could increase the ALB content also. It was able to improve the inverted protein

rnduce the hepatic weight coefficient and improve the pathological injury of hepatic tissue. Conclusion : P. emblica has protective role in liver fibrosis rats.
