摘要

目的 :建立山刺玫总黄酮的含量测定方法并检测其不同部位总黄酮的含量。方法 :以芦丁为对照品

采用分光光度法于510 nm处测定山刺玫各药用部位中总黄酮的含量。结果 :芦丁在5~50 mg·L-1呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 8)

平均回收率(根、茎、果实)分别为99.1%

99.5%

100.3%

RSD分别为1.86%

1.94%

1.57%。结论 :该方法简便、准确、可靠

可作为该药材中总黄酮含量检测的方法。

Abstract

To develop a quantitative method for the determination of total flavonoids from different medicinal parts in Rosa davurica. Method: Using rutin as a standard substance

the content of total flavonoids in R. davurica was determined by spectrophotometer with absorption at 510 nm. Result: The linear range of rutin were 5~50 mg·L-1(r=0.999 8).The average recoveries(root

stem

fruit of Rosa Davurica) were 99.1%

99.5%

100.3%

with RSD of 1.86%

1.94%

1.57%. Conclusion: The method is simple

accurate and reliable.It can be used as a quality control method to determine the content of total flavonoids in different medicinal parts of R. davurica.
