目的 :探讨中药注射剂致敏反应实验研究概况

为中药注射剂的研究及应用提供思路。方法 :概括归纳近年来国内外中药注射剂致敏性相关实验研究。结果 :中药注射剂的过敏性抗原物质尚不明确

研究尚缺乏系统性

对致敏因素、致敏模型的研究还处于摸索阶段。结论 :加强绿原酸及附加剂的抗原性研究

建立致敏动物模型

充分利用免疫化学和免疫芯片技术

为中药注射剂的开发和应用

提供新的研究思路。

Abstract

Objective: To review the progress of sensitization reaction experiment research with Traditional Chinese medicine injections (TCMI). Method : The experimental studies on sensitization reactions of TCMI were summed up. Result :The result shows that the studies lack systematicness.The researches on allergic sensitization factors and sensitization model are still in the stage of exploration. Conclusion : To provide new ideas

the research on chlorogenic acid and additives antigen should be strengthened

the animal models of allergen and the techniques of immune-chemistry and immune-chip should be fully utilized for the development and application of TCMI.
