摘要

目的 :观察大防风汤对于类风湿性关节炎的治疗效果。方法 :采用Ⅱ型胶原纤维诱导的NIH小鼠类风湿性关节炎动物模型

从分子生物学、免疫学、病理学等方面对大防风汤颗粒进行研究。结果 :模型对照组与给药组相比

发病率较高

足部红肿程度较重

症状持续时间较长

血清IgG水平明显增高(P<0.05);IL-1

TNF-α和IFN-γ的mRNA基因表达水平均较高。结论 :证明大防风汤对于Ⅱ型胶原纤维诱导的类风湿性关节炎动物模型具有明显的抑制作用

实验结果支持大防风汤在临床上治疗类风湿性关节炎有效的结论。

Abstract

Objective: To observe the effect of Da-Fang-Feng-Tang(DFFT) in treating of Rheumatoid Arthritis(RA). Methods : The animal model of type Ⅱ collagen induced arthritis was used. Granules of the DFFT extract were administered by gastric gavage

physiology and clinical. Results : The results indicated a higher onset rate

a severer redness and swelling for arthritic limb and a longer time of clinic manifestation in contract group than treated group

and the IgG level in sera was significantly increased compared contract group to treated group(P<0.05). The gene express of IL-1

TNF-α and IFN-γ were higher in contract group. Conclusion : DFFT express obviously suppressive function on model of type Ⅱ collagen induced arthritis in NIH mouse

and support the belief that DFFT is effective in treating human RA.
