Objective: To select the macroporous adsorption resins to separate and purify the total flavonoids(phenolic acids) from Herba Lycopi. Method: UV spectrophotometry was used to determine the total flavonoids(phenolic acids); HPLC was used to determin caffeic acid and analyze the characteristic peaks of Fingerprint. Result :S-8 was the best macroporous adsorption resin on the rate of static desorption and dynamic desorption. Conclusion :S-8 was fit for seperating and purifying total flavonoids(phenolic acids) from Herba Lycopi.
