摘要

文章主要从结肠靶向给药系统的理论依据、制备方法、辅料应用和评价方法等方面进行阐述和总结

在有关系统分类方面比以往的文献中划分的更细致

同时笔者着重就目前结肠靶向给药系统所存在的缺陷以及今后发展的方向提出了自己的观点

以便为以后从事相关研究的科研工作者提供参考与依据。

Abstract

This paper describes the aspects of colon targeted drug delivery system

including the theoretical basis

the preparation methods

the application of supplementary materials

the evaluation methods and so on.Compared with the past references

more details in the classification of the system are included.The shortcomings of the current colon targeted drug delivery system are analyzed and the direction for future development is pointed out.It may provide a reference and a basis for researchers concerned.
