乳疾宁胶囊成型工艺研究
摘要
目的:研究乳疾宁胶囊的成型工艺。方法:考察不同辅料对浸膏粉吸湿性的影响;以颗粒的合格率作为指标
筛选最佳制粒成型工艺条件
并考察颗粒的临界相对湿度
休止角及堆密度。结果: 微晶纤维素为辅料抗湿性能较好
浸膏粉与辅料按7∶3的比例混匀
加入95%乙醇0.25倍制软材;制得颗粒流动性较好
临界相对湿度为50%
堆密度为0.466 g·mL-1。结论:该成型工艺合理、可行
为大生产提供了科学依据。
Abstract
Objective:To study the formation technology of Rujining capsule. Methods: The influence of different excipients on the hygroscopicity of extract powder was investigated by screening the best processing technology conditions and inspecting the critical relative humidity

and bulk density. Result: Microcrystalline cellulose as excipients had a good anti-wet performance
the extract powder and microcrystalline cellulose were mixed evenly in proportion of 7∶3
the 95% alcohol was used as the weting agent
its amount was 25% of extract powder. The granules of end product had a good fluidity
the critical relative humidity was about 50%
bulk density was 0.466 g ·mL-1. Conclusion: The molding technology is reasonable
