目的: 探讨健脾补肾方防治疗激素性股骨头坏死的作用机制。 方法: 采用激素性股骨头坏死(SINFH)模型
以蒸馏水作为空白对照
观察各实验组治疗后的病理形态学变化
并对各实验组血脂指标进行动态监测。 结果: 健脾补肾方能明显改善家兔SINFH模型组织形态学
12周时股骨头标本HE染色证明各治疗组空骨陷窝率和髓腔脂肪面积与模型组比较差异显著或非常显著(P<0.05或P<0.01);健脾补肾方可纠正激素造成的脂质代谢紊乱状况
各治疗组与模型组比较
在治疗后的4周和(或)8周和(或)12周
各项血脂指标差异显著或非常显著(P<0.05或P<0.01)。 结论: 健脾补肾方对SINFH的防治机理可能与纠正激素造成的脂质代谢紊乱有关。
Objective: To study the effect and mechanism of Radix Notoginseng compound on inhibition of thrombosis. Methods: The rat thrombosis nodel was induced by electric stimulation. The influences of Radix Notoginseng Compound on thrombus formation and hemorheological parameters were investigated. The rat model of blood stasis was established by combined application of epinephrine with ice bath. The influences of the compound on thrombixin A2 and prostaglandin I2 were observed for the model. Results: Compared with the control group
each dose of Radix Notoginseng Compound and aspirin tablet could extend the latency period for thrombus formation
and decrease blood viscosity. The compound could significantly increase the plasma levels of 6-Keto-PGF1α and the ratio of 6-Keto-PGF1α/TXB2 for the blood stasis rats (both P<0.01). The level of TXB2 was significantly decreased (P<0.05). Conclusion: Radix Notoginseng compound has inhibitive effect on thrombosis
the mechanism of action is closely related with decrease in blood viscosity and chang in the PGI2/TXA2 ratios.
