摘要

目的：进一步研究补肾阴、补气、活血中药方对骨髓抑制小鼠保护的作用机制。方法：使用实时荧光定量RT-PCR检测小鼠脾脏促血小板生成素（thrombopoietin，TPO） mRNA、促血小板生成素受体（c-Mpl）mRNA及转录因子GATA-1 mRNA表达水平。结果：六味地黄汤、补中益气汤均能明显升高骨髓抑制小鼠TPO、c-Mpl及GATA-1 mRNA的表达。复方丹参饮能对小鼠脾脏TPO、c-Mpl及GATA-1 mRNA表达影响不明显。结论：六味地黄汤、补中益气汤均能通过升高骨髓抑制小鼠TPO、c-Mpl及GATA-1 mRNA的表达水平从而促进骨髓抑制小鼠的外周血恢复。

Abstract

Aim：To study the protective therapeutic action and mechanism of Liuwei Dihuang Decoction、Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and Compound Danshen Decoction on the marrow- suppressed mice. Methods：the expression of the TPO、c-Mpl and GATA-1 mRNA was detected by RT-PCR technique simultaneously. Result：Liuwei Dihuang Decoction and Buzhong Yiqi Decoction were shown to promote the expression of TPO、c-Mpl and GATA-1 mRNA in spleen of mice，through which they can accelerate the marrow cells of marrow-suppressed mice. Compound Danshen Decoction was not shown to promote the expression of Thrombopoietin（TPO）mRNA、Thrombopoietin receptor（c-Mpl）mRNA and GATA-1 mRNA in spleen of mice

but slso can accelerate Peripheral blood cells of marrow-suppressed mice. Conclusion：Peripheral blood cells of marrow-suppressed mice were increased significantly by Liuwei Dihuang Decoction、Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and Compound Danshen Decoction.
